These terms govern your use of tradempower. By creating an account, you agree to them.

The service

tradempower is a tool for logging and reviewing your own trades. It is not investment advice, and nothing in the app should be taken as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or asset.
New accounts start on a 7-day trial with full access, no card required. After the trial, your account moves to a restricted Free tier unless you upgrade to Pro.

You're responsible for the accuracy of the trade, diary, and strategy data you enter — this app derives every statistic (returns, drawdown, profit factor, and so on) directly from what you log or import, and we don't independently verify it against your broker.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Let us know right away if you believe your account has been compromised.

Pro is billed monthly through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method until you cancel.
You can cancel anytime from Settings → Plan (via the Stripe Billing Portal). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep Pro access until then, with no partial-period refund.
We may change pricing going forward; we'll give notice before any change takes effect on your existing subscription.

Don't attempt to access another user's data, circumvent tier limits, disrupt the service, or use it for anything unlawful.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You own the trade, diary, and strategy data you enter. See our Privacy Policy for how we store, use, and let you delete it.
Deleting your account permanently removes this data — there's no recovery period once it's confirmed.

The service is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We don't guarantee the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for trading losses, missed trades, or decisions made based on data in this app — it's a record-keeping and analytics tool, not a broker or advisor.

We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after a change means you accept the update.
